Abidin Zir Zir
Although not in the country we can always get some idea by reading what people in the country are writing and saying. I do not categorically reject any source in its entirety based on its source - Imam Suhaib Webb advises us not to operate with a conspiracy-theory based psychology which unfortunately makes it even more difficult to ascertain any real news about Pakistan since its media culture is flooded with conspiracy theories. But if you have any links at all that can show me what you mean I will be very happy to read - I would like some substantiation about your statement. As far as I know there is nothing controversial in the statement that I quoted from the scholar in Pakistan and his email address is available as a means for contact. If you can show me a link to indicate what you mean I can take said link to the scholar and ask him for clarification. The Hanafi madhab views blasphemy against Allah, or the Prophet, as both being a type of apostasy. Not a different or more severe offense. If you blaspheme against the Prophet, it just means that you don't believe in Islam (obviously).
