Upon completion of her undergraduate studies in 2005, Mette followed an invitation by Gordon Hunt to pursue an advanced training at the Guildhall School of Music and Drama, London. In addition to Gordon Hunt, Mette received key artistic input from Helena Gaunt, David Walter, Richard Simpson and Jane Marshall. Whilst a student in London, Mette appeared in venues such as the Barbican, Wigmore Hall, and, as part of her studies played alongside the London Symphony Orchestra and the Philharmonia Orchestra. Throughout her Masters of Music course, Mette’s studies were supported by a variety of trusts and charities.
