Global Imports

The Manager of the Global Import and Export Trade Compliance will be responsible for developing, implementing, training and managing the Global Import and Export Trade Compliance Policies, Procedures and Internal Control Programs. These Programs must comply with applicable Import and Export Laws and regulations as they apply to Bio-Rad Laboratories Life Science Group as a U.S. Corporation. The Manager will lead a team of 1 to 2 employees. (Import/Export Compliance Associates). The Manager will be accountable for coordination and interaction with multiple Departments, Divisions, Groups and Subsidiaries as it pertains to Life Science Group Global Import and Export Trade Compliance. This will also include direct interaction with Government Agencies and Officials as applicable. Specific Responsibilities include: Develop, implement, train and maintain Global Import and Export Trade Compliance Policies, Procedures and Internal Controls according to the mandated Import and Export Laws and Regulations.
