TOOK THE TIME TO EXPLAIN!!!! I am glad to have a Service Technician that took the time to explain all of the services that had been needed for my 2006 Acura RL and ensured that all of my questions had been answered. This email would be to make certain that Rick is recognized for his contributions made to Karen Radley Acura by a really appreciative customer. Thank you Rick!! DID NOT GET LOW-BALLED!! Part 3. All communication was via email at first, and I was dealing with Rod E., who is the dealership GM. I found out later that Sales Consultant Jerry D. was doing a whole lot of the grunt work behind the scenes. All my emails to Karen Radley Acura were responded to promptly, and all my questions were answered. Rod E. never failed to respond. Once I had the price set, I chose the color I wanted. Karen Radley Acura didn't have the color on their lot, but I was assured that they could get it. I also had a trade-in vehicle, but was wary that I would get low-balled. VEHICLE AT THE GREATEST PRICE!! Part 7. I can not say enough about Karen Radley Acura, Rod E., and Jerry D. They deliver the vehicle you would like at the best price. Pohanka is the closest dealership to where I live, but they couldn't touch Karen Radley Acura's price. If you're within the market for an Acura, do your self a favor and contact them. You will not be disappointed.
