Jim Bickford I am a lifelong Montana resident having spent my school and early adult years in Livingston. My career in the automobile business began in 1982 here in Billings. In the years since then, I have been involved in all the facets of this business including sales, sales training, finance, management, and ownership. Since coming to Hertz in May 2005 and as of this writing, I have achieved the company's quarterly customer service award ten consecutive quarters, twice receiving double awards, and am the Billings location Salesman of the Year for 2006, 2007, 2008, 2009, 2010 and 2011. My hobbies include antiques, boating, skiing, and scuba diving. At Hertz we strive to give back to the community by helping support the Montana Food Bank, Relay for Life, United Blood Services, as well as many others.
