This is a great recipe for when you get home late on a weeknight and you need something satisfying that's also quick to prepare! Don't worry if you didn't buy fresh shrimp — frozen can be just as tasty if you make sure that it's been packed airtight to avoid freezer burn. Thawing frozen shrimp is easy — place them in a colander under cold running water. Another time-saver is to keep seasonings like garlic powder and dried basil in your pantry, and jarred pre-minced garlic in the fridge for when you feel too rushed to start chopping. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl, toss together shrimp, garlic, basil, juice of half a lemon, mustard, and salt and pepper, making sure that shrimp are evenly coated.  Another time-saver is to keep seasonings like garlic powder and dried basil in your pantry, and jarred pre-minced garlic in the fridge for when you feel too rushed to start chopping. Place foil sheet flat on countertop. Lay the lemon slices in center; top with shrimp mixture. Wrap securely, making sure to seal the top and ends of the packet. Place on baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes.
