Brendan O Neill and Bryan Cleary between them have over 75 years of professional culinary experience. They have cooked for royalty, heads of state, movie stars, rock stars and not forgetting they have also cooked for literally hundreds of thousands of customers in many varied eateries the world over. As Brendan says "I started cooking in 1964, long before the microwave was invented" and as Bryan says, "Brendan started cooking before the wheel was invented". Brendan served his apprenticeship with Paul Bocuse the world famous 3 Michelin star Chef in Paris, France. Brendan is the Culinary Chairman of Ireland as well as being the Northern European Director for The World Association of Chefs Societies, as well as an honorary lifetime member of the society.
